[redacted] (Sales) and Joel [redacted] (Production) of Highmark Exteriors have been in contact with Customer ([redacted]) and have committed to coming back to finish any outstanding Roofing and Siding items.  Joel [redacted] has visited the site to determine the scope of labor and material needed.  Materials have been ordered from the Builder (Harris Builders...GC on the Job -Highmark is a Sub-Contractor working for Harris Builders) and are ready and available for Highmark to pick up and install.  Installation/completion of the outstanding items will be completed before 2/1/18 as agreed upon by [redacted].Please do not hesitate to contact us again directly with any more questions. Reagrds, David [redacted]Highmark
