In response to the complaint, first of all we were not aware that the sump pump was not installed We were at Mrs***s home during the 2015/handeling warranty items and this was not brought to our attention This was truly something missed in errorWhen Mrs [redacted] agent contacted me on January 20th with the inspection report and the bid to do the work, I told both of them that we would hire a company to complete the workThey were not available for weeks The time frame I had for repairs to be done was not going to work in her schedule, because the closing date was moved up so she decided to hire an out side contractorWe have received the invoice of $2,007.25, we will be reimbursing her I am always available on my phone 206-271-or email

Yes I am happy to hear that they will reimburse me for the work.  I need a time line as to when I will receive reimbursement  Please inform me as soon as possible as to when I will receive reimbursement.  I don't want them just saying this will happen without it actually being done.
