I received a voicemail from ***He told me the name of the company but did not explain why he was callingI googled the name, so I was prepared when I called backI didn't have ***'s extension and when I asked for him, I was told he'd just stepped out, but the person who answered the phone could help meI wish I'd gotten his name so I could complain, although I doubt that would make a differenceI asked what the call was for and when he mentioned it was in regards to my settlement, I told them I wasn't interested and to take me off their listHe began to argue with me, actually argue, and told me that I was being unreasonableHe was yelling to talk over me, which didn't exactly make me want to do business with them, anywayHe kept insisting they were different and that they weren't trying to take my money and asked for minutes to explain what they doI told him to go ahead and tell me, but they he told me that I didn't even seem interested, so what was the point? I then told him that I was giving him the opportunity to explain what it is they do and he declined, so I wanted him to take me off their listHe hurried and told me what their business does, which isn't something I'm looking forI told him that I'd speak with my financial advisor and call back if that was something he thinks I should doHe asked if he could follow up and when I told him no, he began to argue even more! He was so incredibly unprofessionalI'd never experienced anything like that before and I get calls about my settlement every week
This place is a jokeNeeded some extra money for home repairs so decided to sell part of husbands settlementMonths after signing papers we called as called with no responseFinally weeks after calling repeatedly they tell us they can't help us because his payments are too far outHorrible company setting people up for disappointmentThey told us it was a go and just had to wait for a court date...all liesWorst company ever!
I did business with highpoint funding and let me tell u how unprofessional they areThey are a big scam I was in a financial rutSo I needed the money.not only was the guy that talked to me rude but he was texting my phone not so nice things and on top of thatHe was claiming to send a gift for me working with them I never received the giftHe talked to me any way over the phone and argued back and forth With me.on top of that they sent me an early advance and the first check I never got and they were sending me check after check threw western union and they did not tell me it was coming out of my big settlementNot only was I getting charged for the western union checks and the cost for sending it to me but they was charging me for a ride I never asked for to go to courtThen I was gonna decide to go to another company first they threatens if I don't do business with them then they would take me to court then when that didn't work they was acting nice trying to kiss my *** for the money!!! And the guy that I talked to is a super duper *** HOLE.!!!! And the receptionist never AWNSER calls and when they do they are rude.!!!!! On top of that the owner is from peach-tree and talks bad about peach-tree They took Dollars out my money!!!!! So I didn't *** received the full amount I sold my monthly payments for!!!! then they are a two guy little *** company!!!!! on a hotel floor once they get the money they basically say *** u they don't look out for u or care about u or *** a check up call after they scam u out your moneyThey use other company's names to scam u tords them so u scan work with them they are users and frauds they then was holding and messing up payments that I was sa pose to receive I had to have my lawyer call them and my lawyer had to hang up the phone on the rude guy because he was a big *** over the phone so I do not recommend NOBODY TO GO TO THIS COMPANY OR USE THIS COMPANY OR ANYTHING THEY WILL *** U IN THE END!!!!
