Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Again this business resorts to acknowledging rights of each person, but then again is rude and unprofessionalNow I am called a tattle-tail? Is it simply me or is it impossible for this business to not be completely unprofessional to their customers? Are they incapable for apologizing for their rudness? Telling me to r e l a x, in one email and now stating in their response the I have a year old mentality and I am tattle-tailing? Wow-completely unbelievable.
I again ask that a negative report of unprofessional conduct be placed on this businessPeople should know what they are like when it comes to customer service and getting their moneyThere is no room for compassion, kindenss, or mistakes with these peopleA simple
email as a heads up about the procedure to get their almighty $bucks back so I would know about the email from GunsAmerica would have completely taken care of this whole thingOr a simple "yea sorry about thwas necessary due to how we post and it is not big deal-change your addy to get back on the site" would have stopped this issueBut no I get a rude-you screwed up and pushed the button TWICE-TAKE RESPONSIBILITY-YOU ARE A BAD EXAMPLE slander ensued.
Regards,
*** *** ***

Customer pushed the "buy it now" button TWICE :Here are the exact words stated on Guns America: Buy Now (She pushed "Buy Now" & it took her to page two )Commit to buy (with a blank box that may or may not be checked) By clicking Commit to buy button, you commit to buy this item from the seller(she checked the box to complete the transaction ) Up until this point I as a seller had nothing to do with her purchasing itShe did not ask any questions or email me before purchasingI simply followed the rules that are laid out for me as a seller on Guns America, nothing more, nothing lessWe never once tried to force her into buying the firearm after she changed her mindShe asked me to remove her name from the purchase
here is the email:
Good
morning-
I
did some calling around and actually found a LGS that had the Blue Ice and the
Purple Passion that was done wrohad the white pearl frameI did not like
the blue ice gun and bought the other speciality purple gun.
I
will not be buying the Blue Ice I just really did not like the
color.
Please
remove my name from the gun.
Thank
you
***
So I removed her name from the purchase as she requested letting Guns America know she had changed her mind and was not going to pay. Guns America gave her the non paying buyer strike and refunded the $they had charged me when she purchased itAs a seller I have to do this to get my $back, I have no other choiceThese are the rules set forth by Guns AmericaWe have every right to get our $back, she has every right to be unhappy about itAnd yes she can complain to everyone that will listen , that is her right alsoWe are done with this issue and the tattle-tail mentality

100%Good Morning-
Sorry it took me a whole day to get back to youBeing a
teacher and end of school I am getting a lot of emails daily!
First I want to apologize-I am very new to GunsAmerica and did not realize that
I had clicked on the buy buttonI was just trying to get the pictures to
enlarge and swipe through them on my iPadWith that said I was glad I had
reserved it since I then researched the gun and realized they are hard to come
buy at the price you are offering.
I have been wanting a PLady model for a long time so I
was shopping around and stumbled upon this gun
I talked to the other half and mulled it overI have never
bought a gun online like this and then shippedI have always held and
manipulated them firstI am familiar with the size and modelI am very leery
to get this gun though
What is your policy as far as if the gun comes in and the
FFL I have to shipped to scratches the gun? What if it comes damaged? I called
the FFL and they have to open and log the gun "into their systerm" as
they sayI called around and most do thisMy worry is that a rare gun like
this-they will want itI ordered a Kimber Sapphire through a local gun store
and got burcame from their distributor and they 'checked it in' and told
me it was slightly damagedThey gave me a full refund only to have me see a
guy buy it while I was still in the shop looking at a PSeemed to me that
the guy was a buddy of the clerk and I left immediately after complaining to
the owner.
If there is a scratch or something like that on the gun-can
I deny ownership and have them send it back for a new one?
I know I am being high maintenance and if that kills the deal
then I understandI just want to know all my options.
I prefer a money order payment if I can get some more info
on the aboveDo you take cashiers checks from the actual bank? I get those for
free verses a money orderAlso is there a layaway plan so I can pay in
installments?
I look forward to working with you on this purchase.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My desired outcomes were:
1. Stop harassing and sending very rude and unprofessional emails.
2. Change the set up on the website GunsAmerica to allow for a reserve on the gun instead of automatic purchasing. The only way to hold the gun is to purchase. No where on the site could I find that I would be reported as a non-buyer in order for the business to gain back a fee. I have complained to GunsAmerica of this and this business. Other buisness else's that sell there can change the setup.
3. A apology for this business rudness to me and my family.
Number 1 has been accomplished. The business is no longer sending emails since they know I have reported them to the Revdex.com and GunsAmerica.  Number 2 and 3 are unresolved. Highway 14 only sent emails of the transaction, and the supposed email response to my husband where [redacted] again blames us for this whole issue was never received. I believe she made that up in the email timeline to make Highway 14 look like they were trying to resolve the issue. At this point I insist that there buisness receive a negative report on your site so other people can see that they truly do not care about the customer or their feelings in such a important purchase, only the money.

……………………………………………………………………... /> This gun is brand New in the box. It has a special plastic
covering to protect it. I looked this over myself it is MINT. There is no
reason it would be damaged in shipping or damaged when opened. Please email
back your payment method and r e l a x .
Also if the finish were to scratch within the next few months
you could call sig and they would fix or replace it for free. This finish is
made tough.
Thanks J
