Again this business resorts to acknowledging rights of each person, but then again is rude and unprofessionalNow I am called a tattle-tail? Is it simply me or is it impossible for this business to not be completely unprofessional to their customers? Are they incapable for apologizing for their rudness? Telling me to r e l a x, in one email and now stating in their response the I have a year old mentality and I am tattle-tailing? Wow-completely unbelievable. So I removed her name from the purchase as she requested letting Guns America know she had changed her mind and was not going to pay. Guns America gave her the non paying buyer strike and refunded the $they had charged me when she purchased itAs a seller I have to do this to get my $back, I have no other choiceThese are the rules set forth by Guns AmericaWe have every right to get our $back, she has every right to be unhappy about itAnd yes she can complain to everyone that will listen , that is her right alsoWe are done with this issue and the tattle-tail mentality
