I have spoken to several mechanics and this is a very common mistake made, especially with foreign cars. To just throw this under the rug without hearing me out or taking the time to check the vehicle is ridiculous. How can he be so sure a mistake wasn't made when he wasn't the mechanic who performed the oil change. I need help getting my car up and running. I have been unable to work or deliver my meals. I have been renting cars. This is only because I know they were the last ones who messed with my car.

Subject: Revdex.com CASE # [redacted] This letter is in response to a complaint by [redacted] . She was a first time customer that came in for a quick 10 minute oil change. Days or maybe weeks later I get a random phone call saying that we put engine oil inside of the transmission dipstick tube... I was truly taken back when I heard this and though it was a some sort of tasteless joke being played on me. Turns out she was serious!? I take every job that comes into my shop with the most care and I see everything that goes on after talking to the only oil change person I have. Scott told me this was a quick 10 minute oil change and in no way did he go out of his way and add oil to a transmission dip stick which is under the battery. You basically have to remove the battery or use a special funnel to get to this. even if you find the funnel its only a 1/4 inch hole to fill and the (engine oil) would take a lot of time and effort to do. This person is trying to get a 2000 dollar transmission for free on a car that has huge fluid leaks and has never been properly maintained. They sabotaged there own vehicle to get something for nothing. I am willing to take this to court and counter sue this person for waisting my time on such a ridiculous claim.
