The mechanic is also in the process of trying to help me find another cab to replace my old damage cab on my truck. It does state other options on the back of the receipt and I did not the sign the consent on the receipt. I would like  to get my refund back on the cab I purchased from the salvage yard. The cab was useless according to the mechanic. I have faxed the statement to the Revdex.com for review. I do not wish to do business with the salvage yard. I do not want to purchase anything else from the salvage yard.

I am rejecting because I never got a phone call from the business at any time. I took the truck cab to a mechanic that was replacing the cab on my truck. He told me the cab was no good and advised me I should get a refund. I would like to get a full refund and do not want to go any further on the part. I would like to take the cab back to the business. That would be my request. Thanks.

I tried to contact [redacted] this morning on the number [redacted] and it went to voice mail for a guy names [redacted] .The customer stated that cab was missing part in her first statement. Now she is stating that cab is no good. Could we get a detailed l,ist what is missing or what is no good with cab. Ty chad[redacted]

Mrs [redacted]On the back of the receipt our policy #21 states Highway 64 truck and auto salvage may replace or repair any parts under warranty at their discretion, no refunds will be given. If Mrs [redacted] will come by and pick out another cab we will dilever to [redacted] for free.Ty chad [redacted]

This order was put on credit card. So it will have to be put back on the same credit card. Please give call to handle this issue. chad ###-###-####

[redacted], I am requesting to reopen the case, because, the business, Highway 64 of Farmington, NM has not answered any of my calls to Chad, as he instructed.  I have called and left messages on their answering machine, up to this date.  I have not received a call back or any response regarding the refund, they said I could receive back.  Thank you[redacted]
