I am rejecting this response because: there was no attempt to reach any agreement. Am I simply supposed to take your word that I'm the only one this has happened to? There's another Revdex.com complaint for the same thing. I think this has probably happened a lot but the customers are all given the run around by your amazing manager who can't take down a simple phone number correctly. While I am certain I'll never get any accommodation for the damage, I do believe in karma. I will not pursue this any further. [redacted]

substantiate the consumer claims. There was no way the cloth in the actual mechanism could have caused the damage as the business did over 220 cars that day and nobody else reported any similar incident. The consumer was informed of the findings and was not happy.

Review: On 29 August 2015 I took my brand new car through the car wash and my left wheels were both damaged by the car wash mechanism. I have approached the manager for resolution but have gotten zero assistance and I also believe he has lied to me regarding his notification of the owner.Desired Settlement: I want both my wheels replaced with a like model.
