[redacted] Sent: Wednesday, August 17, 8:AM [redacted] Subject: Revdex.com CASE # [redacted] This letter is in response to a complaint by [redacted] [redacted] She was a first time customer that came in for a quick minute oil change Days or maybe weeks later I get a random phone call saying that we put engine oil inside of the transmission dipstick tube I was truly taken back when I heard this and though it was a some sort of tasteless joke being played on meTurns out she was serious!? I take every job that comes into my shop with the most care and I see everything that goes on after talking to the only oil change person I haveScott told me this was a quick minute oil change and in no way did he go out of his way and add oil to a transmission dip stick which is under the batteryYou basically have to remove the battery or use a special funnel to get to thiseven if you find the funnel its only a 1/inch hole to fill and the (engine oil) would take a lot of time and effort to do This person is trying to get a dollar transmission for free on a car that has huge fluid leaks and has never been properly maintainedThey sabotaged there own vehicle to get something for nothingI am willing to take this to court and counter sue this person for waisting my time on such a ridiculous claim RICHARD [redacted] [redacted]
