Highway Dry Cleaners

Review: I dropped off a shirt and pants for dry cleaning, as well as prepaid. The receipt shows it was dropped off 5/**/15 and would be ready by 5/**/15 after 5pm. At 5:15, I went to the store to pick up and they gave me my shirt, but someone else's pants. The female store [redacted] said she didn't know where they were and that I could have the "other" blue pants. I inisited that those were not mine and I would not take them and that I needed my own pants that were supposed to be dry cleaned. This is the second time that they have "lost" my clothes. I let it go the first time, even though they did not offer any service credit. These pants are $60. How do I recover the cost? I would also like to state that the [redacted] was rude and not at all remorseful or offered any match in service for good faith business practice. In addition, she was not going to give me the shirt-which was already done-prepaid- and dry cleaned-which I had to return to the store and practically beg for. How is this possible in this day and age with proper store policies and practices?Desired Settlement: If they do not "locate" the pants, I would like a full refund of the price of the pants.

We would like to update the public concerning the complaint that was placed about our establishment on May **, 2015.The customer came into our store on May **, 2015 and her items weren't ready. We asked if she would like to pick them up the next Tuesday (5/**). She came back with her father that same day (5/**) and they agreed that they would wait and pick up the items on May **, 2015. We have all of this recorded on out store security camera, so we are at a loss as to why this customer filed this complaint the same day everything was agreed upon.The customer did return on May **, 2015 to pick up her items and didn't express any discontent, nor was there any mention of this filing.Also she asked refund cleaning fee because items weren't ready on time which was $4.50 We take our business extremely seriously and would never do anything that would damage our long-standing reputation with our clients.
