I am an insurance agent who was referred to Innovative Worx Inc by a coworker who had used Mr*** in the past for a job that a customer of mine needed doneI contacted him mid Oct and requested that the crawl space opening (roughly sqft) on my insured's front porch be enclosed with hardy boardAfter coming out a few days after initial contact and reviewing the job that needed to be done and collecting money for materials Mr*** would takes days to return phone calls to either myself or the insured and would tell you he would stop by to get the job done but then he wouldn't showDuring the first 2-weeks of December he wouldn't return emails or phone calls at all, only to find out, the week before Christmas, that he had been in the hospital with pneumonia and bronchitisMy insured and I are not heartless individuals but if a job has been scheduled than I expect your secretary or workers to call the insured and inform her that they has a been delay instead of stopping all communication
Mr*** claimed that a team went out to do the job in the beginning of December but the insured was not home so they didn't complete the work, yet the insured has stated on multiple occasions that she gave him permission to do the necessary work even if she wasn't home
Once Mr*** was released from the hospital he assured myself and the insured that he would personally go to the house and do the job himself that weekend
Come Monday though, no one come out at all during the weekend and when we spoke to Mr*** that day he said that a team should have been out to do the job and he didn't know why they hadn't but assured me again that they would have work completed that day
Come the next morning work still hasn't been completed and at this point Mr*** is no claiming he has fired everyone at his office and he will personally (again) go out there and do it himself
Wednesday morning and still nothing, we call at 3pm and leave a message saying we need an update since the next day is Christmas Eve
No call back that day, not even a call back on the 26thWe have to call him on the 28th and leave an additional message which isn't returned
Mr*** doesn't return any of the phone calls until 01/and states that he will be out that weekend to get everything completed and profusely apologizes and states that all money will be refunded to the insured due to the delay that has occurred
As of Monday 01/though, no work still done on the home and we cant get Mr*** on the phone, it goes straight to voicemailHe finally returns our phone call around 3:that afternoon and states he will be at the house at 7:30AM to do the work
Yet Mr*** doesn't show up at 7:30, he shows up at 11:Upon getting very irate and expressing complete displeasure, Mr*** in retaliation, does not paint the hardy board and does not refund the money back to the insured
Payed $cash to Jason David thursday Feb to have him secure our spot to have tile laid on Feb and he never cameNow it's the 8th and still hasn't comeVery irresponsible and unreliable
