Not happy with this establishmentI had an Upper EMG completed in December of I was given a verbal report by Dr [redacted] In April I had to see another physician and was asked to bring all of my medical records with me to this new appointmentIt was reported to me by the staff at the [redacted] office that they could not find my results and would have to ask the [redacted] Offiice to retrieve themEvery month I went in for my appointment I would ask for this report and every month they stated they could not find itThis went on for six months and was a crucial report finding for my hearing for disability as it showed significant nerve compression originating from the cervical regionAfter many, many phone calls and two weeks before my court date after a subpoena for said record I received a phone call from the office manager regretfully stating that said report is no where to be found! Unbelievable!! This could potentially cost me a favorable judgement in my disability caseOn top of that they will not remove the charges of $3,from my billIn addition, four times the [redacted] office sent a prescription to the wrong pharmacy even though I had asked each time to highlight, mark do whatever you have to do to note in my record that said "nerve pain" medication is sent to the designated patient assistance program through the pharmaceutical company that manufactures said medication and for which I provided to them several timesBy the time they got it right I went through a lot of unnecessary burning muscle pain which is controlled by this medicationIt feels as if I am being burned by a match from the deep muscle layers outLaying in bed crying because the pain just does not ease up with out this medication! They also stopped my opiate medications that I had been on for five years following four spinal surgeries abruptly causing my heart to beat erratically and giving me undo symptoms of "rushes to my head", "feeling as if I was going to have a heart attack" etc! I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone seeking a review think twice!
I think this practice is a wonderful office The staff are great and friendly I finally have answers to my pain and I am so thankful for the help they have provided me I will definitely be referring my family and friends to this office
