I am rejecting this response because: Considering the lack of service and the fact that Joel misrepresented the wiring options the manufacture offeredThe offer is not acceptableJoel state to me that he spoke to the sales representative at the manufactureHe stated that the representative had said this wiring would be availableIn addition, Joel stated in February via email that he confirmed that the wiring would be completed as orderedThe manufacture states that this type of wiring has never been an option from themIt is clear that his misrepresentation or lack of follis the cause for the wiring to have to be redone
