Review: On August [redacted], 2014 my wife [redacted] went to Highway Imaging for a procedure and paid a $15.00 co-payment. I sent a claim to [redacted] which is our secondary Insurance Company for the $15.00 co-payment. The check #[redacted] was sent from [redacted] on August [redacted], 2014 to Highway Imaging and it was cashed. I've called them several times about the check and they acknowledge that they received and cashed the check from the insurance company and that I should be receiving a $15.00 check from them within several weeks. This has been going on for several months. I'm tired of calling them and being put on hold for $15.00 that belongs to me.Desired Settlement: Send me a check for $15.00 ASAP...

Review: back in 2015 this association was sent a check from my health insurance (GHI) by mistake. they cashed $432.00 since May 2015 which belongs to another doctor. I have been trying to get that money back since last November when the rightful doctor is looking for payment. I called them almost every month and I was told they see the check it will be refunded to me. When call again was told situation will be elevated to a supervisor, nonetheless, nothing has been done up to now. I need your help to have that check $432.00 from GHI . refunded to me so I can make payment to the rightful doctor.Desired Settlement: I would like to get back the check $432.00 so I can send it to its rightful owner.
