Review: I bought an '06 Huyndia Sonata from this business on 3/20/13. On 3/21/13, the car left me sit and I had to be towed to a garage. There was a spring clip missing from the right CV joint and the axle came apart. The mechanic also told me that the engine block was bent/broken. On 4/3/13, I took the car to get checked out because the steering wheel was shaking and the car veered to the right and was bucking. Was told that all 4 rims are bent. On, 4/4/13, I noticed black fluid on my garage floor and I took it back to the garage. The mechanic says that there is an issue with an axel seal and the car needs a new engine. The dealership has not been willing to stand behind the car that they lead me to believe was checked out by their mechanic.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to pay for engine, OR, exchange for another comparable car.

I am rejecting this response because:

According to the first mechanic and as stated on the bill, "engine block mounting points previously damaged where center support mount rf axle - the only fix is a new engine block.'

This was noted ONE DAY after the purchase of the car.

The test drive was approx. one mile as the car needed gas. An inspection was not offered. I was told that the car was checked thoroughly by their mechanics and that it was inspected. I feel that there is too much wrong with it to have been thoroughly inspected.
