Having been in business for nearly 20 years with an A+ rating from the BBB along with a yearly citation for consistently meeting the high standards of integrity and customer service I am always disappointed when a sale doesn't work out. In this situation the customers order was voided immediately. Having been no where near the standard pricing we were forced to void the sale per the terms and policies of our site. The seats were not available as no seats anywhere near that price were available. We look forward to serving our customers needs for another 20 years and maintaining our high standard.

At no time have any threats been made to anyone at Hig's tickets The lack of professionalism displayed by the owner, *** ***, during a phone conversation left a lot to be desired Instead of making an effort to resolve an issue, that was entirely the fault of his company, he chose to be disrespectful and rudeHe acknowledged that his company processed my credit card, which they have not yet refunded, despite not having the tickets available for sale I told him that I would be sharing my experience with other consumers so they were aware of what type of business Hig's Tickets is At that point he basically told me to pound sand (specific vulgarities omitted) and hung up on me.I have not yet received my tickets or my refund I expect one of the two by the end of business today. I reject this response because they have yet to provide the URL to the disclaimer on their page that states that my transaction could be reversed and not honored.  Their website asks the seller at the time of purchase if tickets they are buying are not available, if the buyer would accept comparable OR BETTER seats at the same price.  At the time of my purchase I agreed to that clause.  There was no clause saying they did not have to honor my sale because they claim to have made a mistake in their listing.    Revdex.com:
