Review: Hello,I placed an order (Order #[redacted]) late on ** April, 2015 [redacted] for a replacement part totaling $24.95 with free shipping.After 3 emails, several phone calls and 5 business days, I have neither my product, my money nor a response.Upon looking up the address, I found a business called:[redacted]###-###-####I called this number to see if they shared the building with Hijack Smoking, but the guy on the other end refused to answer any questions and wouldn't even confirm whether or not it was a business.Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I'd prefer to have the product I ordered, but if that's not possible, I'll take the refund.

Hi ,
I was not even aware there was a case, you should never have been charged as we didn't even have a merchant account setup. We just went live years later as we changed directions to our site, please contact us if this was never resolved
