Review: On march 16 2014 I ordered two items numbered [redacted] and [redacted] for the amount of 110.08 that included the shipping. The total without shipping was 96.98. Because our mailbox would not be able to likely contain a large package I had it shipped across the street to a friends restaurant. The package for one reason or another the package was returned back to California. They make little to no effort in communicating about discrepancies over orders. The phone number available online quickly towards calls to a voicemail system and a live rep is never available. The package til now has not been reshipped only because they have poor communication ethics. We want either our money back in the form of a check or the product. But it we have to wait for another month or so to get any real answers, we would rather just get our money back. This has caused me great anxiety and stress because a live person to speak to is nearly impossible.Desired Settlement: Either the items delivered to the new address they received in the email they have or a full refund of the monies charged on my card in the form of a check

The package was not delivered and sent back to us and we received it back on 5th of April. The customer then sent emails that they were ready to pay reshipping amount and wanted the package again, now to be delivered to a new address.

When we called up a few times, they either did not answer or we hit the voicemail. We also sent them many emails to which there was no response initially. Then they said they will send us a cheque with the reshipping amount, which we never received. The package was ready from our end to be shipped out, but we were waiting for the reshipping amount cheque which never arrived. Finally on sending a few emails and calling them up, they gave us their credit card number for us to charge reshipping, and also acknowledged that the cheque was not cleared, meaning we had not withdrawn any money from their account through cheque. The reason for it was that we did not receive it at all.

Once we charged the reshipping amount, we shipped out the package that very day, through USPS tracking no. [redacted]
