Customer is a maintenance customer to cut grass, trim shrubs and weed bedsHe does not have a contract for chemical applications nor does he pay for chemical applications and is not on the schedule for chemical applications.Customer did call office and we went to his home to see what his complaint wasIt looked like customer tried to apply Rouor some other type of weed killerIf he had a lawn chemical contract with us we would only apply to lawn areas not ground cover or walkways which it looks like he sprayed.We have been in business for over years and take pride in our CompanyIf it was something we did we would take full responsibility but we absolutely did not apply chemicals to this property

was. It looked like customer tried to apply Round-up or some other type of weed killer. If he had a lawn chemical contract with us we would only apply to lawn areas not ground cover or walkways which it looks like he sprayed.We have been in business for over 45 years and take pride in our Company. If it was something we did we would take full responsibility but we absolutely did not apply chemicals to this property.
