I have a mold problem in my home and Allstate refuse to fix it I'm having some painting done in my home and discovered that I have a mold problem in my wall behind my washer machineI file a claim with Allstate on or about the th day of MarchAllstate said they wold send an agent to my home on the 30th of May, which is good FridayThe agent showed up @ 9:05am, looked at the problem and told me they can't fix this problem because of the amount of time the mold have been in my wallI was told that I should have notice this mold problem before nowThe conversation continued and I mentioned to him that they don't have a problem receiving my payment every month, and that I don't think it's fare to the consumers to except monthly payments and then be denied service when neededThe problem here is, I just discovered this mold and don't think I should be denied their services

In November 2016, I discovered that I was double paying for my mortgage insurance After that discovery I quickly contacted Allstate Insurance - Williams AgencyThe agency I spoke with an Allstate representative (J A***) at their main office on 11/14th, asked for the proof of my insurance payment from the other company On 11/15th, I provided the documents they requestedThe representative committed to calling me back I waited a week and called the agency back I spoke with the same representative (J A***) who informed me that they would not be refunding my dual payment I mentioned to them that if they had turned in the proper documents to my mortgage company, that this entire situation wouldn't have happened The representative replied that the insurance agency is not required to report to the mortgage company about insurance
