The buyer contacted us letting us know the issue. We responded requesting for pictures. The pictures came in after hours. We forwarded the pictures to the manufacturer on the 8th, which was a Friday. They close early on Friday and are closed on the weekend. We finally heard back from the...
manufacturer on the 13th. They were shocked with the issue, as this was a the first issue they have encountered on their [redacted] saddles. We also contacted the customer about the issues once the manufacturer let us know how to fix the issues. We have been in contact with the customer about the issue. We have issued the customer a partial refund for the issue and they will have it fixed locally.
