In March of 2015 when you filed a complaintwith the Public Utility Commission of Texas the same information was providedconcerning privacy laws and it was explained Mr. [redacted] would need to contactthe office and add you as an authorized persons to receive information on hisaccount. This information was alsoprovided during several other telephone calls. On April 2, 2015 Mr. [redacted] did authorize you on the account and youwere able to receive the requested information.Again, while we understand your frustration HILCO willalways strive to protect our Members accounts and the personal information onthose accounts.
