I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a TRACE number from [redacted].(See attached email). Claiming that it is unlikely that they provided me a TRACE number is obviously false. My employer never received the funds back-that's the bottom line, I want to know where they are. The attached email was the last communication I had with [redacted] from Hilco Credit Union, despite multiple unanswered phone calls and emails. [redacted] was helpful in the beginning, but has been silent since this first communication.
