The company's owner is conducting deceptive, misleading, and unethical home improvement business by placing orders with a high markup without disclosing such essential information to the customer. No original receipts with itemized billing is provided to the customer. When I realized that this business follows unethical and non-transparent billing and consulting practices, I decided to stop the project from moving forward and asked the owner to cancel all orders that she previously placed with resellers and provide full refunds.
She refused to cooperate fully and said that she would be billing me for her services that provided no value to me. I received no deliverables from her team. The home improvement project has not even started before I canceled the services.
Hello,I am the owner of HILDEGARD & COMPANY and I am writing this in response to Claim #***I have communicated with the customer direct;y in regards to this matter .Several Refund checks have been sent in March and were promptly cashed by the customer who filed the complaint .The customer has communicated , that she will mark the complaint as resolved .My understanding is that the complaint will be publicly shown as "RESOLVED " and no further action will be required on my part .Please confirm that my understanding of this process is correct .thank you ,
