Hiley Buick GMC Subaru of Fort Worth Reviews (26)

Everything was removed from our system after the last complaintI'm not sure where the emails, calls, and mail is coming from but it doesn't appear its coming from Hileyif you can send over an example we can try to figure out where it's coming from

Our original quote to fix the vehicle included the struts and was closer to $but was declined by the consumerWe replaced one ball joint which took care of a portion of the issue, but the struts need to be replaced as wellCurrently the vehicle has aftermarket struts, and the control arm has issues as wellIn order to take care of the issue we will need to replace the struts and are happy to do so at a reduced rate

email address in question has been removed from our database

We have pulled the entire sales file, and it appears that we do have signatures authorizing the purchase of the additional productWe will be more than happy to have it canceled, and it will go towards the payoff of the lease agreementUnfortunately we have no way of having it removed from the lease contract, because the loan has been finalizedPlease let us know if we can assist in the cancelation process

Revdex.com: The dealership honored the price and sold me the vehicle for the quoted price

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke on three occasions directly to General Motors. They said that the decision had to be made by the dealer, and that they GM had contacted Hiley and Hiley refused to change the warranty start date. Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I instructed the finance person that I did not want the extra coverage and he kept pushing papers for me to sign This dealership is a rip off and if I could I would return the vehicle if I could Regards, [redacted]

We were able to pull the original paperwork from the sales department and we did in fact see that everything was quoted at the .99%We will refund the customer the difference in finance charges over the month termWe will mail Mr*** a check in the amount of $

We apologize for any confusion, but the vehicle in question is a new vehicleThe Buick was an untitled vehicle that was used as a service loanerGeneral Motors requires each dealer to place a certain amount of our new inventory into loaner status so that our service customers have a vehicle
to drive while extended repairs are going on under the manufacturers warrantyThe Buick purchased by Mrand MrsWhite had miles on the vehicle and was clearly marked on all of the paperwork and received discounts and rebates equating to 28% of the vehicles MSRP to offset the miles and start date of the manufacturers warrantyUnfortunately this program is mandated and administered by GM, and the dealership has no say when the warranty in service date starts

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI will revisit this complaint if the physical postal mail and/or email continues

I apologize for the experience you received during your August visit to our storeOur gift card offer is maintained by a third party, and if they missed mailing out the card, I will make sure you receive it

We have pulled all of the records from the transport company, and also our records where we inspected and received the vehicles inNowhere can we find where there was damage notedWe also did a full detail, and an active delivery with the salesman at the time of purchase, and no one saw this
damage at the time of purchaseI will be more than happy to work with a third party body shop, and make sure the vehicle will be repaired at a drastically reduced price

All of the warranties provided on the vehicle are from General Motors and not Hiley GMCWe looked into the reason why there was a time lapse of the free oil changes by General Motors, and it is because this vehicle was reported to the manufacturer as a loaner vehicle prior to the retail
purchaseWe will be more than happy to reimburse for the oil change that had to be paid forPlease email me at *** for reimbursement

I have researched our system and have been unable to find correspondence that shows a price of $35,800. If in fact we sent that price, we will be more than happy to honor it. Please email me the figures at [redacted].

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have the original estimate $2774.24 no mention of any struts on estimate # 2 $3715.48 they add the struts as you will see there is no mention of struts on the first estimate you will also see  they are lying to cover up their wrongdoing here are the
original estimate

However, I have attempted to contact this business multiple times regarding a separate issue on financing and failed to receive any type of telephone communication from this company. I have been persistent in my attempts and would like to know how I will be contacted and when for this drastically reduced repair. Please advise and I will be happy to accept the offer after this is communicated.
