Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the companies accusation are an agreement was made 2hr and minutes prior to arrival to businessThis is ample time they could have responded to inform me that they could no longer accept my offerAlso, I gave the business many hours to attempt to correct there dishonesty by following thru with the original deal promised, but due to their negating this issue I have found it perfectly reasonable to file a complaintIn addition, for a business to slander a consumer on the basis that said consumer would right a bad review due to being wronged by the dealship is not only proof of neglect but is also deformation of characterThis deformation is illegal in accordance with texas law( Title 4, Chapter 73, Section 73.001)Legal action has been recommended by my attorney as well to proceed with civil action, given that the defamation was written to third party and intended to injury my reputationMy attorney will be in contact with this business.Also, there is are most text messages along with email to further prove my case Regards, [redacted]
No sgreements were made and no papers were signed Customer didn't get what he wanted, so now he wants to be a bully Our truck is priced on line and is the cheapest for that equipment and can be purchased for that price Customer did tell us that he would post a complaint on
every site if we didn't do his price and here we are responding to a complaint He was here minutes as we have it logged and left shaking our hands thanking us for trying to get to his terms, then he sent the text to our salesman trying to bully us into his terms by threatening a bad post on every site Customer is more than welcome to pay the price online as he was told when he was here yesterday
