I have had an ongoing problem with creaking floors since Hiline completed my home in March of 2013. I objected to the creaks during the final walk through. Was assured by Hiline it would be fixed. Repeatedly requested help with assurances it would be dealt with but didn't until I contacted Revdex.com. Several visits by different crews, screws placed into floors after I contacted Revdex.com in 2016. A crew man named Joe said he would bring a supervisor when the screw solution failed. Joe tried hard to fix it but his supervisors dropped the ball on follow though. Never came back with supervisor, never even heard from Hiline again in the last year so I am contacted Revdex.com again.
VERY unhappy with Hiline for not following through to correct the problem after several failed attempts. Floors still creaking, paid a lot of money for shabby workmanship. Be warned. Hiline will give you lip service but doesn't get it done right as is their claim to fame.
This is the second time the Kennewick, Washington office has been notified about this issue that has nothing to do with our office. The Hiline Homes of Tri-Cities office is independently owned and operated and started operations in March of 2016. Please forward to the appropriate business.
