"1. We responded to a emergency call after normal business hours that the [redacted] said he wanted service that night. He...

could not wait for the next day. [redacted], said the faucet in the master bathroom tub had burst off. He turn the water off to the entire house. Once we got to the house we notice that the nut on the tub faucet cold side had  burst off from the cold water pipe froze.  I told [redacted] that we would not be able to fix the faucet tonight. We could try and see if there were isolation valves under the tub. [redacted] show us a access in the closet that we could crawl behind and get access. We had to remove a pice of plywood to get to the space under the tub faucet. Once open we found no valves. We explain to [redacted] that we could cap the hot and cold water for the tub. This way we could restore water to the rest of the bath and the entire house. We then cap the water and restored water. We pack insulation around the area that we opened up. This way the pipes would not freeze. We told [redacted] that we would try and order parts. If we could get them. If not he would have to replace the whole faucet. [redacted] was never charge any thing on future parts or labor. We charge him a over time service call and over time labor for the work we did. Nothing more nothing less.  The total cost of 525.00 was for the call that night and nothing more. I explain there would not be another service call when we come back, only labor. I gave [redacted] good service that night and he was was happy with our work.
