Hi ***, This issue was resolved last week on 2/23/We had explained to the member it was an overpayment due to the insurance paying more than what they had originally quoted us on the verification of benefitsWe had to wait until all claim payments came in to ensure that was the way they
would pay throughout all dates of serviceWe received and processed the final insurance payment last week and issued a refund check to the memberThe member also signed a financial stipulation that if the insurance comes back to us and asks for an overpayment request to our company, that the member would be responsible for paying back the overpayment fees Thank You, *** *** *** Alcohol and Drug Treatment Director
