ID of [redacted] Service Manager has been working and talking with both parties on this matter Follto customer was taken care of once problem started and did work with our customer Service Manager has already given them discounts on the labor and parts They were explained this is an older van Ford Windstar and things are going to start to brake and wear down.Thank you
