Vehicle was serviced June 9th, 2017.  The repairs done were upper ball joint, upper control arms, lower ball joints, and two tires mounted and balanced in which no fees were added and tires were purchased from another location.  It was recommended before the alignment was done that the...

vehicle be driven to see if alignment was needed after the repairs were completed to help save cost and to make sure that other repairs were not needed.  If the customer would like to schedule an appointment to have the alignment done we are happy to do so.  Customer was supposed to contact us following these repairs to update on vehicle status and didn't contact us until about a month later.  an appointment was scheduled July 17th, 2017 which was later canceled and rescheduled for the following day.  A no show the following day for the rescheduled appointment.  Customer called but did not make an appointment saying that she would be by the following week and didn't show.  Customer came by July 31st, 2017 and the vehicle was diagnosed at no charge for an issue unrelated to the repairs that had previously been completed.  Customer does have appointment scheduled for August 4th, 2017 for alignment.
