Review: Today is Monday June 16th I went into the new Hill Cleaners on [redacted] to get a price on having a feather down mattress topper dry cleaned. They are having a half off special right now.I was given a printed out ticket for a price of $30 dollars,with half off of that which made my price $15 dollars. I just received a phone call at 4:17 with a young lady trying to tell me that they could not do it at that price,that it will be $60 with half off of that which would be $30.I told the lady you can not change the price now because you already gave me a printed ticket with my price.If the lady who gave me my price made a mistake that she would have to learn from her mistake for the future. I have a printed ticket and you cannot change that, not when something is in writing. She was very rude and not very professional.I asked for the owners name and she said she was,I find that hard to believe.Desired Settlement: I would like my topper cleaned for the price on my ticket.
