Warranty once again is daysThat is standard for I'm pretty sure ever service companyMatter of fact a manufacturer warranties a product for one yearIf the control board was deemed in operable then how did machine run for a year prior to return? I will be happy to show multiple phone records if needed.
You have your right to hire anyone you seem fit to service this appliance I also reserve the same right to refuse serviceAnd in the case of threats because I was going to charge is my #reason to reject the possibility of attempting any longer.
I am done with this matter and will no longer spend my time on a out of warranty complaint

Any work done with our company has a day warranty on labor and days to one year on parts.
I do recall this service call but do not know a date of service due to not having a invoiceI do know it has been one year ago or moreThe customer did not have any gas to the home at time
of service to provide a full check to the systemHe was goind to hook up a small gas cylinder after I had leftAgain this has been over one year ago and never a call back once till just this month.
myself as the owner called the # provided left a message on multiple calls to resolve this issueLast contact was to the office saying he had called another service company to repair.
If compalint would have been called in under the day warranty no charge at all would have been to the customer

I am rejecting this response because:  the gentleman said he made several attempts to contact me...when I did catch him on their business line he said he had called me and left messages...I never received one.  We had been trying to use the dryer for the year or so and wondered why it would not dry our clothers completely and on top of that it took two-three times longer than the cycle to even get them closely dry.  I called them when I had had enough of the dryer not working correctly and they said they were going to charge me for it...I said you are not charging me for something that has never worked.  I did contact another company, they came out to check the dryer and found that the this gentleman had ruined my control board when he put the dryer back together and in their words 'pinched' off some wires so that the control board was rendered inoperable. I asked them what caused this, they said whoever put the dryer back together was not paying close attention and destroyed my control board.  So now I have another issue caused by the original repairman...to the tune of nearly $300 to fix his shoddy work.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not made any threats to this man.  I only said I would be contacting you, the Revdex.com.  The other appliance repair company told me after their work that the issue with the issue with the control board only affected the ability for it to heat...that is how all other functions worked properly...genius!   Something how this has gone...we thought we were doing something wrong in operating the dryer, but in actuality it was this guy jacking it up putting it back together.  I remember his non-chalant approach to doing this job...when I initially called him and said how another repairman said he wouldn't do anymore ** gas conversions...to which this guy said..."if you've done one dryer, you've done them all".  Hmmm?
