We are very sorry you had a poor experience when purchasing from ***.When you mentioned 'hidden fees', I assume you were referring to the federal tax that's required when purchasing any NFA item We try hard to make that cost as obvious as possible by mentioning it in all of our
'how to buy a silencer' pages - as well as adding a red highlighted box at the top of the shopping cart that says 'Your new silencer requires tax stamp' with a link to the information.After the purchase, we send reminder emails which send you back to the tax stamp page - and we can't submit the final forms until that is done.Even with these notifications, we do understand that it's easy to just add to cart and purchase - so we're happy to offer a full refund as long as the paperwork hasn't been started Even in that case, we will offer a refund minus a restocking fee (which is there because we loose the silencer from our inventory for around days if we cancel a transfer with the ATF).Once again, we're sorry you had a poor experience Please feel free to give us a call and we're happy to walk you through the process
Good morning,We were able to source the missing items through a different avenue and have them mailed to the customer to fulfill his order At the time of his order, we did have these accessories on order, but never received them We have since stopped purchasing from this
