They advertised as a "try me" sample for $3.95 ea and $4.95 I accordingly ordered same on 1-2-16.
(Note: They operate under a variety of names ie: Bellesse, Nouvebelle, Angelic Descendant, Brilliant Eyes and who knows what else)
On 1-16-16 they billed me $97.83 followed by a charge of $92.79 on 1-20-16 (chargers that were never stated anywhere).
On 2-15-16 I was charged an additional $97.83. At this point I was still unaware that I was being charged all of these charges but upon receiving another sample, I called the company to return the product and now realized that they had been charging me for these unsolicited and unwanted items.
On 2-20-16 I called the company and spoke with "Charlie", who stated that I could not return the product nor get a refund. I pointed out to him that on the accompanying company brochure, they guaranteed customer satisfaction and could return the product for replacement or refund for several reasons including "not satisfied". Charlie was rude and adamant that there would be no refund.
I called back a few minutes later and spoke to"Randy" who at this point was unaware that I had just called. When I told him that I had not ordered the items and wanted to return them, he also told me that there would be no refunds. After voicing my displeasure he offered me a 50% refund. I declined and demanded a full refund since I have not ordered the items. At this time he became aware that I had called previously and put me on hold. When he returned (after ostensibly talking to Charlie) his demeanor had turned to angry and rude but he said he would refund the two above charges ( $97.83 and $92.79) and that there would be no further charges or deliveries.
At this point I was still unaware that I had been charged an additional $97.83 on 2-15-16. A week later I received another sample and was charged an additional $92.79. I again called the scam center and spoke with"Terry" who said I could not return the item nor would there be any refund in spite of their company brochure.
I checked with the Revdex.com and found that there were numerous complaints mirroring my problem, and only wish I had checked with them prior to ordering my sample. When calling the scam center one can tell it's a boiler room situation with multiple people talking in the background etc.
I am disputing two charges (that being $97.83 and $92.79) but I am unsure of which date they applied a refund of $97.83 to. They charged me $97.83 twice and $92.79 twice and only refunded $97.83 and $92.79.
