I find that HCCC is fair in what products they offer, pricing and quality of samewhere my experience falls short with them is when time goes by, without an idea of when you'll be receiving their productFirst phone call, "yessir we should have those shipped out, Thursday, We would use FedEx and you may see them Saturday!" Second call on Friday, "Let me go check and put my hands on them, can you hold"? "Ok they are back there and it looks like maybe Monday, Tuesday they will ship out and a few days from then you will receive them""Work for you"? No it does not you told me Thursday they were shipping out, FedEx and I may see them Saturday, Monday at the latestDoes that sound "good" to you? "Would shipping them out today (Friday) and receiving them Wednesday, Thursday work"? Yes that would help"Ok we will do that, and sorry for the delay"Now its Saturday and they are closed, Nothing has been shipped and no one has contacted me or stated any problems or delays in building my complete bars so what is left to think? I honestly think I'm not the only person that this has happened tooI really wish they had a "review" page on their sight, and I'm beginning to understand why they don'tCustomer service is mediocre at best and should really be looked intoNo one likes to be lied to especially at 13-$a pop and half way across the US

I have pulled up this customer shows he has orders placed with us through our web site The first order he placed was for inch basic handlebar kit which we shipped out to him as ordered He stated that he ordered 18s but his invoice shows 14s He stated that our website messed up and that we should correct it, meanwhile he decided to go back to the website and ordering another kit for 18s this time rather than sending back the inch kit for exchange Customer was taken care of, First kit he ordered was sent back for a refund and the 2nd kit was shipped out and not returned Thanks [redacted]

I would not deal with these people againThe customer service is by far the worst Ive seen in yearsThey tell you when its going to be delivered, then when a week goes by, you call, they send you to [redacted] Who does not return calls, or treat customers with respect of just common decency

Yes I have looked into this customers order and shows he ordered a handlebar kit from our website, On our website you have the options in our basic kits to select what height handlebar you exactly want as well as the color of bars, color of cables, If you have
dual disk, single disk exc
This customer purchased a 14inch handlebar kit from us and called us a few days after he received the package stating he received the wrong bars and he didn’t order 14’s. I have looked in to our system, as well as our web account and software in different locations and all state he did purchase the 14inch bars, He stated there was no selection to select 18’s as he stated he actually ordered which was incorrect. We provided him with a RA# to send it back for an exchange or Refund, He requested a refund as well as that same day we talked to him by phone he went back to our website and ordered the 18s he stated he ordered on the first order.
He seemed very irritated with me and stated that I was incorrect and blamed us for him receiving the 14’s that it states he ordered.
Thanks,
Freddy

My name is *** and I am the customer service manager for Hill Country Custom Cycles. This customer purchased a complete handlebar kit plug and play With heated grips installed for a Cvo model. We got a phone call after they received the kit about the handlebar kit and
stating they were not going to be installing it for this motorcycle anymore and wanted it to be installed on a Electra Glide. When the customer called in and said he wanted to exchange it out he did not mention to us that theclutch safety switch was backward for the function. So we provided the customer with an RA # to send the kit back. All our pre-wired handlebar kits are a labor package and built when ordered. Once we received the kit back we called the customer to get payment for the labor fee to re-built it to be a plug and play kit for the other motorcycle as well as asked him if he was using heated grips and he stated no he wasn't. Both year and model motorcycles use different heated grip wiring as well. Since the customer was not using heated grips either way the grips that were installed had to be removed and taken out due to them not being the correct grips for the correct connectors for the other bike they changed to do the install on. We charged them a labor fee to rebuild them with out the heated grips and to ship them back out to them.Turns out after the process we have been speaking with different people about the order. 1st customer was the father who owned the Cvo model and the 2nd was the son who owned the Electra glide. The father spoken with *** over the phone prior to the son calling in and discussing about the clutch safety switch function being backward"no notes or actions were taken since he stated that he wants to go ahead and install it on his sons bike" so we waited to hear back from the customer. We received a call from the son who stated that he needed the RA # to send it back to be rebuilt and shipped out to them.he agreed on paying the labor fee and shipping since it had to be rebuilt and the heated grips were to be removed since they were not the correct grips he needs for his motorcycle set up. The father called back and was upset due to them having to pay to be rebuild when the clutch safety switch was backwards. We took the handlebar kit back and customer was refunded.***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
There are several inaccurate statements in this response and absolutely no resolution I never said I couldn't find a place to select 18" Ape hangers In fact that is exactly what I selected What I said was that there was nice where to select any bars for the Street GlideI didn't find it on your site until I exited your site and did a google searchIt brought me to a page on your site that was no accessible from any other page on your site where it allowed me to purchase bars for my I did indeed select 18" bars O brleive there is a problem with your site and I indicated that the problem may be due to that page not being properly linked anywhere on your site I did receive a refund for the bars and bought the 18" bars from you The problem is that I had to pay the shipping costs timesOnce for you to ship the wrong bars, once to send back the wrong bars you sent me and once for you to ship me the proper bars Nowhere in your explanation and no where precious to this complaint did you ever offer to pay for the shipping and return shipping of the wrong bars, which is what I am asking for.

Ok, I do Remember This customer,  When he placed the order our Web master was uploading new data and price sheets on the website.  The website is a New platform as well,  During the time of Adjustment of the Data and price sheets there was some type of glitch that we were un able to...

verify how or why it happened.  During this time the customer purchased kit that was the handlebars only, The title stated a complete handlebar kit however the sku for that particular listing was bars only.  Our web master was not able to determine how the customer was able to place that order due to the listings being takin down.   The handlebar kit the customer was wanting was a $1200 Kit and he was expecting us to sell it for the couple hundred paid for the bars only. Thanks

I need to give them props, I ordered a set of 16" apes online for my 2003 Road King and today got a phone call at 9 am from Freddy asking did I want the bagger style I had ordered, I went back to my order and sure enough I made the mistake, thing is I don't have a bagger(front fairing) he wanted to make sure before I got the wrong items,
Thank you for taking the time reaching out to me im impressed,
you have a customer for life, and I will recommend you guys to my MC I belong to and the others we support,
im even more excited to get these on.

Thanks again for making me a happy customer from the start.

I have pulled up this customer shows he has 2 orders placed with us through our web site.  The first order he placed was for 14 inch basic handlebar kit which we shipped out to him as ordered.  He stated that he ordered 18s but his invoice shows 14s.  He stated that our website messed up and that we should correct it, meanwhile he decided to go back to the website and ordering another kit for 18s this time rather than sending back the 14 inch kit for exchange.  Customer was taken care of, First kit he ordered was sent back for a refund and the 2nd kit was shipped out and not returned.  Thanks [redacted]

They suck out loud!, you have to call 3p to 40 times to get an answer, ordered a 2000$ wheel and got it wrong and are dragging their feet to fix the issue, freddy is a joke the other lyrics one who seems to care is Brian but he is in sales

I would not deal with these people again. The customer service is by far the worst Ive seen in years. They tell you when its going to be delivered, then when a week goes by, you call, they send you to [redacted]. Who does not return calls, or treat customers with respect of just common decency.
