Hill Country Golf Carts picked up our cart the week before Thanksgiving, they were to replace the motor and do some service items Nothing was moving so we contacted them again and a week before Christmas they apologized and said if we paid a discounted amount up front they would get it done We paid the LOUIS COZBY $2,and our cart has not had one thing done to it We have stopped by on multiple occasions and have called multiple times and have never received any answer about when our work will be done I called again this morning and got voice mail again and said I was filing a complaint and I expect them to have a refund check ready for me on Friday Of course I know this will go unheeded as all other calls and visits
