We thoroughly reviewed the patient's complaint and did find several areas were we fell short of providing patient satisfaction. The patient's statements of the problem were researched, validated and resolved. We have gone back and corrected the errors and refunded the appropriate charges. As far as not responding to patients attempt to communicate with our staff, disciplinary action was taken and retraining has been done.
