Hill Country Tree Trimming

Hired them to plant 2 30 gallon trees- I told them they needed a jack hammer and discovered later that they didn’t bring it- I didn’t find out till later when I was at work and they said they couldn’t dig and needed a jack hammer. Quoted $400 for the job then tried to charge me over $1000- I told them at the consultation when they came to my house that I had bed rock and they said they would bring a jack hammer.
In the process of digging a hole many feet down into rock (instead of moving a few feet over- like I had to do to dig my own hole later)- they compacted dirt into my lush lawn (I saw them on my camera system stomping dirt clumps and rock into my lush grass many feet out from around the hole- they toss dirt into your grass instead of a wheel barrel. They say they will dig a hole twice the size of the root ball- as you see from my picture they tried to do the bare minimum. They also planted one of my trees into shallow rock at first- this was when I discovered they didn’t have the jack hammer they said they would bring. They also broke my strawberry tower in my garden and use my saved rain barrel water reservoir to wash their dirty hands and tools in. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are don’t know how to plant trees and lack common sense and morals. They will underbid your job to secure it and upcharge you later. Beware.
