We have not received a call, an email or written complaint from *** *** She has been a good customer; however was in need of an upgrade of equipment in order to give her the best possible service. Her equipment was older technology and we had to update
our entire network, in order to handle all of our customer base. As we all know, technology has changed a great deal in the past couple of years We notified her of the change and let her know that the equipment change was unavoidable She expressed that she could not afford the new equipment and we understand. We then offered her to add only $a month towards the new equipmentIt's the only way for a small business, like ours, to defer the cost We cover the labor, which includes: removal of the old equipment Install of the new equipment Labor and configuration of the new equipment We went ahead with the upgrade, because it was needed for our network capabilities We will be offering her free service during March 2017, to help offset her costsWe do not want to lose a customer, because we pride ourselves on providing the best services, available in our area Thank you for your time and consideration*** *** *** Customer Service Experience Dept
