Response to Complaint # [redacted] 1, The paving contractor has been out on different occasions to review the driveway Screens scheduled to be installed Thursday October 29th in the morning It is not protocol for a homeowner to contact our sub contractors directly without contacting our office either by phone or email We have fully satisfied our obligations and consider this matter closed

Complaint #***
1. Driveway; The driveway is in compliance with the standards required for the construction of a bituminous pavement driveway. The paving contractor returned twice to check and finds the driveway in compliance3. Landscaping; In addition, to demonstrate the outrageous attitude, the homeowner called the landscape contractor directly and accused him of not putting down lime on the grounds. This accusation was again based on visual assumptions, not reality. Lime was installed in a pelletized form, which if you do not understand the landscape process you may not be aware. When the homeowner was advised of this, they re-checked and found the lime pelletsI don't believe we need to say anymore!

I am rejecting this response because:
The contractor's position on these issues is offensive Driveway - No matter what he says, the driveway is still defective because of the puddles Again we repeat, have him send the paving contractor here, and we will show him the puddles I don't see how the driveway could be in compliance with this problem Screens - As of today, we still have not received the two screens We are now told they will be in Monday Lawn - My wife simply questioned if lime was put down, since she assumed it would be "white powder" So when she called, she was told that they used pellets As consumers my wife did nothing wrong and shouldn't be accused of having an outrageous attitude (Lawn item is closed.)
Sincerely,

Response to Complaint #[redacted]1,  The paving contractor has been out on 2 different occasions to review the driveway.2.  Screens scheduled to be installed Thursday October 29th in the morning.3.  It is not protocol for a homeowner to contact our sub contractors directly without contacting our office either by phone or email.  We have fully satisfied our obligations and consider this matter closed.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:1.  DRIVEWAY - This is outrageous. We know the driveway is defective because of all the puddles.  Yet the contractor continues to make excuses to not repair it.  In fact,  he said he did not witness a problem with puddles after a heavy rain.  That is impossible because even after a light rain there are puddles.  Therefore,  as proof we sent him photos of the puddles, and he continued to make excuses not to fix it.   We need the paving contractor to make an appointment with us , and we will then show him all the puddles after we spray the driveway with water.  Also, the driveway can only get worse with cracking, sinking, and can cause hazardous conditions in the winter when the puddles turn to ice.  We paid for a new driveway and not an inferior one.
2.  SCREENS - We have been told several times that screens were ordered.  Finally a representative measured our windows for screens on 10/1/15.  He told us screens will be in 7-10 days.  It is now over two weeks.  In fact, today the rep. returned my call from yesterday and told me the screens will ship next week.  We are awaiting an install date.  So, this is still an open issue.3.  LAWN -  When we moved in on June 2, we noticed that the lawn looked terrible with many bare spots.  Shortly thereafter we contacted the contractor to have it corrected, and we were told that they would correct it at a later date.  For the record, we did water the lawn manually to no avail because there were so many bare spots with no seeds.  The lawn contractor reseeded our lawn yesterday on 10/14/15.  We have begun watering it and hopefully the lawn will grow.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
