This property is owned by a Financial Institution and was acquired by way of foreclosure.  Due to there being a considerable amount of personal property left in the home, an eviction was required due to liability issues for just trashing out the unit and throwing...

everything away.  The eviction was coordinated and carried out by a property preservation company hired by the lender or their representative.  I did not hire anyone to remove the contents of the home or to come and pick it up.  I was, however, told by the preservation company's representative that they would return to pick up the debris the day after the eviction, and that information was relayed to the occupants of the surrounding units who called my office.When I was informed they had not returned, I called the preservation company and was told their client was requiring bids for the removal of what was left of the debris.  I also notified the Asset Manager who hired me to sell this property for them and ask that they please expedite the approval of the bid and to get the property cleaned up.  This information was also passed along to [redacted] who is another neighbor who called me.  I did not speak to the man who filed this complaint.  I am assuming he is the one whose wife called my office with him screaming in the background and spoke with my assistant.  Sincerely.
