This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I had two people come to my home on a Friday morning to look at a broken piece of mirror in my china cabinet. While they were here they also measured three shower doors to replace. They said they would take the information back to the office and have their manager work up estimates for me and he would call me back. I expressed to them that the mirror needed to be replaced immediately and the shower doors were not as important. Monday went by with now phone call, so Tuesday morning I called the office and he told me he didn't know if the estimates were in and would check and call me right back. I expressed to him that I told the workers that the mirror was the pressing issue. He was gruff with me and said that he knew that. It is a simple fix of unscrewing the back of my china cabinet and replacing one pane of mirror approx. 12x12 inches. It is Wednesday morning at 10:00 and I haven't heard a word. Do not use this company!!
