01/11/2018Revdex.com400 Holiday Drive, Suite 220Pittsburgh, PA 15220RE: ID# [redacted] To whom it may concern:On December 27, 2017 the customer brought in their 2012 Chevy Equinox for service work. The customer requested a state safety and emissions inspection, an oil change, and to have...

the service air bag light diagnosed. The oil change portion of this repair cost $46.26, outlined in the attached repair order, [redacted]. The customer also requested a PA state inspection and emissions, and the diagnostic on the air bag light. The services were all completed, and the vehicle was picked up on December 27, 2017.On January 3, 2018 the customer contacted me to inform me that he had an oil leak on his vehicle. He stated upon investigation he found the leak at the oil cap for the filter. The customer claimed the cap was too tight and it caused the seal to push out causing a severe oil leak. The customer stated he had to change the oil again, and that he wanted his money back for poor service work. I stated to the customer that I could not refund his money for services performed but would be glad to take a look at the car and clean up any oil from the leak. He stated he wasn't bringing the car back in for that again stating he just wanted his money back. I added that with this type of issue that if we had been contacted prior to any work being completed and determined fault of ours that we would have gladly incurred any cost associated with repairs. The customer stated he had no choice but to repair the vehicle himself. Again, I explained that I could not refund his money, and that I would be willing to offer a free oil change or a fifty-dollar service coupon for other services. I restated that I would clean the oil off if he would bring the car in. He then stated he was not bringing the car back. He added that he wouldn't want any coupon or free service because he refuses to bring the car back into the dealership. I restated that I would be willing to offer the coupon but that is all I could offer. The customer refused and ended the call claiming he would not be back.We pride ourselves in providing quality service to our customers. Since there is no way to confirm that there was an issue with the quality of our repairs, we do not feel it is necessary to reimburse the customer for the service provided to them. The offer for the service coupon is still valid.Thank You, Pat V[redacted]Service ManagerDean Patterson Chevy Cadillac Mazda Hyundai[redacted]

warranty expired on 05/14/2015. Unfortunately, we are not able to provideassistance with the cost of replacing an engine we have not serviced since it’s installation. All warrantiesfrom General Motors have expired.

I do not want a coupon for a service they messed up. I want my money back just for oil change and labor. I do not want to return to give them my business ever again.
