I stayed at the Valu.stay inn August 24,and checked out 26th.It was a non smoking room.When I checked out was accused of smoking in the room and talked to the service rep while he was inspecting He kept insisting that Ismoked in it.I smoke and was outside with door open as there was mold and a general bad smell in room.I was charged a 50.00.damage deposit
The Manager of this Motel would portray that my Credit Card wouldn't work so I would have to go to a cash machine to pay for stayMy Sisiter *** spoke with Manager, who won't give His name, and told Her that She needed to pay cash for extra nights for my stayHe wouldn't accept a Credit card or cashier's checkThe Manager refuses to give me His name, He pocketed the $My Sister *** mailed to Him and He also kept my MN DLThe Manager and another house cleaner came in my Room window instead of using the door or calling via room phoneI left the premises for concerns of My Safety
