I am rejecting this response because: Daniel believes that more money is owned to him and he has since been homeless he did not receive the whole years information and he is need of it and does believe that he has to pay. Also *** as a payee you failed to pay one of his bills and he incurred a $fee because of it and I had brought it to your attention as you recall. It would be appreciated if you could forward the information without the fee. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with the decision not to pay his bill, when he had enough money to make the payment. Daniel was not at fault that Housing Authority returned his checks to his address and Daniel send them back to you because he could not cash them. A bunch of confusion yes, Daniel and I called so many times with no response from Bill Payers, to confirm what all was going on with his situation and unfortunately Bill Payers did not call back, that is the reason he is no longer with Bill Payers It is wrong for your business to not pay his bills when his needs had been met already and it was a chose that was made by Bill PayersI would appreciate it if you could please send the copies at no charge. As I stated before I sent Daniel all the bank statements and monthly statements on March 24, per his request. I feel I did what was asked of me as his representative payee at the time. I will not supply any further paper information with out receiving payment first And I'm not sure what monies Daniel and Esther think he has coming. Daniel was moving around so much and calling tell us pay this person, don't pay this person, he lost money because he wouldn't stay in one place, and the people wouldn't give money backI have to do a reporting to Social Security and if they would found something wrong they would of told me. Esther brings up the late charge and yes it was because at the time he was paying rent and if I had paid the credit card he would not have had enough funds for rent at the time. Social Security guidelines are Food, Shelter and clothing coming first and if there are funds left over they can be used to pay other bills
I looked back on my notes and on 3-24-we sent Daniel her son who we were the payee at the time the bank statements and monthly statements since he became our client in 2016. This was at his request. If Esther wants this again, I will need to receive $ahead of time for ink, paper,
mailing and my time. We are a non-profit and cannot afford to pay for this again
