Before any work was completed in October of for *** *** on the said vehicle, all details of the repairs with the estimate were given to him verbally prior to completionThis is our standard practice of yearsMr*** verbally approved the estimate and we began the
repairsWe replaced only brake lines and bled the brakes$was labor on replacement of the brake lines and bleeding of the brakesThe remaining balance of the $was for installing a master cylinder and labor for the installationThis brake system is a high pressure system and the work would not have lasted months had it not been repaired correctlyThis GMC Sierra truck had 213,miles at the time of repairThis was all explained to him again when he picked up and paid for the repairsWhen Mr*** returned to me August 22, with his complaint, I instructed him to leave his truck so we could take a look at it advising him if it was our work we would make the repairs at no cost to him. After we communicated this to Mr*** another gentleman loudly joined the conversation using profanities and making a sceneBoth gentleman then hurriedly left the premises without allowing us to look at the truckWe have not had the opportunity to see if this is work previously completed by our shop or not due to Mr*** leaving our business and not allowing us to check the brake linesHill's Automotive
