Manager owner is rude and unprofessional and will not honor warranty
I purchased a *** mattress around june of from the Mabank, TX locationAfter about months of using the mattress we noticed the mattress was developing a dip or sag in the springs on one side of the bedWe visited the store and explained our issueThey took down our information and told me someone from the main store (canton) would be in touch with me about the warranty and inspection of the mattressWe visited the store again on July 4th to follow up on this matter since it had been several months with no inquireThey again told us they would take our information down and someone would get with us about inspection and warranty and if we didn't hear from someone by Monday July 9th to callWe visited the canton location on july 20th in inquire again about the warranty issueThey again told us and someone would get with us about inspection and warranty and if we didn't hear from someone by Tuesday Ju
