My emails with this company I NEVER ASKED FOR MY ORDER TO BE CANCELLED MY LAST QUESTION WAS WHETHER I WOULD RECEIVE THE BOOTS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON KAYLA MADE THAT DECISION ALL I WANTED WAS TO RECEIVE A PAIR OF BOOTS FOR MY GRANDSON AT THE LEAST I SHOULD RECEIVE THE BOOTS ALSO PLEASE NOTE THE SARCASM OF THE REPRESENTATIVE KAYLA IN HER RESPONSE THAT I COULD COPY THEIR SHIPPING POLICIES AND SEND TO THE BUREAU AS WELL I certainly will not order from this company again, but why can I not have my original boots when I wanted the merchandise and did not ask for a refund? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

Order shipped December 14, 2013
Correct Item was shipped.
Customer contacted us December 30, 2013 asking to return the boots for a new size.
class="MsoNormal">January 10, 2014 Original boots received back from customer. New size ordered to replace them.
February 13, 2014 Customer contacted us to check status. We contacted the vendor & there was an error on their end that caused the order not to ship.
February 21, 2014 Customer cancelled their replacement boots.
 
Comments: I agree the customer had to wait too long for the replacements.  However, on a pair of boots that were discounted to begin with & shipped correctly to her, I cannot refund the original shipping.  This policy is clearly stated on our website. I am sorry the replacements did not arrive in time.  If the customer had not cancelled we would have replaced the boots at no additional cost. We did waive the $25 restocking fee for orders cancelled after shipping due to her trouble.

I am very sorry that Ms. [redacted] did not want her order cancelled, but it was refunded by the Customer Service agent anyway.  Because we refunded the boots, I have went ahead & sent a PayPal invoice for the $38.40 for the boots.  The size 11.5 are IN STOCK & ready to ship!  If Ms. [redacted] still wants the boots I would be happy to ship them Priority Mail to her as soon as the invoice is paid.  I will watch for the response.  Again, I am so sorry that she was not taken care of the way she wanted.  I hope I can make this right by getting her the boots for her Grandson sent asap.
