before with no issues, but travis does not go into ***s anymore and hasn’t for yearsHe does not like the receiving thereThey give everyone an ‘appt for 6am…’ but its not really an apptyou are on a fcfs basis. you have to be checked in by then or they can deny you or you sit all daySo travis does not go in there no more. To start off.. travis made his ‘appt at 6am’ at ***sSat till to get a door but the dock workers go to lunch at 930amSo he sat till 10am, were they then just told him they were rejecting the load along with other drivers next to himThey had ordered too many waterlmelons. The broker was called, talked to Tisa and SuzetteThey would let me know and get back to meTravis left receiver and went to truckstop to eat breakfast and even showerI had never heard back from Tisa or SuzetteI had to call themThe first time they said travis can either take to MI or IN. I told them that will not work and that they needed to find someone in WisconsinThey said they will get back to meOf course they never did, I called them againSuzette said the same thing, MI or IN and I said that will not workThey needed to find a receiver or storage here in WisconsinThey asked what travis would need to go thereI said mi is out of the questionI gave her a number for IN and she just laughedShe laughed twice and me and laughed that we lost a load. I had travis a reload to FL that paid $3400.00 that I lost because of this load. That conversation was doneShe said she would get back to me … now mind you this second call I made to suzette was at 11:14am. I never heard from her again and neither did travisTravis left *** at 1230-after he was done with his showerStill never heard from anyone at this timeTravis came home. I talked to my agent and she told me what I could do. A letter was sent over to the brokerage letting them know they needed to find storage or melons would be soldNext call I get was from my agent that Simpson was trying to put a claim on the melons. The next time I heard anything or a call was right around 215pm from this Gary guy who I have never talked to beforeI told him to talk to travis and gave him his numberTravis got home round and then called Gary back as he was in bad service when gary tried to call and talk to himGary and travis talkedGary wanted Travis to take the load to ***, ILTravis does not go into ***, ILTravis does not do EAST coastIncluding ***If Travis wanted to go to any of these places we would have found loads going there. Gary called back times trying to get travis to go to ***, ilTravis said that there was a cold storage close to the house here that he would take watermelons to for no costBut they said noAt this time Gary finally said that there was a cold storage miles from where he delivered into that he could take it toThat it was closed now and that he would have the girls get a hold of us in the morningTravis told him that would be fine but that he needed to get compensated for it at $that was for mileage and storing on his trailerGary said ok just talk to girls in the morningMorning came and of course no call from neither Tisa or SuzetteSo I called them round that as travis wanted to get going and get this load off. I called and the said they would email over the info on the cold storageI said ok and then asked about the new rate confirmationOf course I heard nothingTravis left and was over an hour away from the house on his way back to Kenosha to the cold storageI tried calling the brokers again a few times but no answerThis was the last time I ever talked to Suzette or Tisa… not very professional if you ask me that you cannot talk to the trucking companyJust like the day beforeThey would not talk to me after I called them at 1114. But I got an email stating that they would not be adding any thing inI called travis and he turned aroundHe said he is not going to play these games they are playing. Gary at this time had called me and asked how travis was doing as they had a truck waiting for himI told them he had turned around as no one wants to talk to me and figure this outTo make a long story shortTravis got back to house and had a few calls with Gary and finally agreed on the rateAnd that the only way would be that we got half up front in comchek before he left and the other half when he got there before melons came offNew rate was signedReceived first comchek. Travis rushes thereGets thereI tried called suzette multilple times but of course no answerI called GaryTold him I needed the other comchek as the dock guy was waiting on them so he could unload our truck to other truckTo make long story short, gary told us well they are not gonna pay till the melons are on other truck cause ‘how do we know if you are not just gonna take off with melons.’ I told him that was ridiculous that we have been trying to work with you but you are the one making this difficultI told him what am I going to do with a truck full of watermelons.. so I agreed and the dock worker also said we can put them on the other truck but that It could not leave till we were paid. So I called gary back minsTold him load was transferredGary said that they would get me a comchek. Time passed and the other truck that the melons were transferred to pulled forward and was gonna take offAt this time he was stopped by the dock work and was told to back back in. After this I finally got a call from gary who tried to give me a comchek for way less than agreedI told him I needed the full amountHe then started yelling at me and that cops would be calledI so please call the copsAll thru this, I have tried calling suzette multiple times… they would anser put me on hold then hang upthen they would just let it ring… never would talk to meSuzette did have time to call the dock and scream at him and everything elseShe had time to call the other truck to tell him to take off as soon and the melons were on his truck. The dock transferred the melons back onto travis’s truckThe cops came and they also agreed that the melons are travis and that he could leave. Travis leftMind you now this is at 430/5pm the cold storage was to close at 3pmTravis originally arrived at 220pm. After mins. The cop called travis back and said that they will pay you the remaining balanceTravis turned around. Got there and then had to wait another 10-min to get a comchekI called it in and it was not a good codeHad to call gary and get another oneGary finally called backA number was missing in the middleCode was good and the melons were transferred to the other truck. We had a signed rate agreement that was really fair at a mileno detention for days and no extra drop payThis company from the start was out to screw us. They are just mad that they were not able toWacth this company in the future. We had a signed rate agreement to be paid upon agreementThey did everything in there power to try not to pay usEven the cop and the dock worker said to get our money. With years in the trucking business we have never had a claim nor an issue like thisAlso, our towing company had nothing to do with thisBut does show charater that we can run multiple businesses successfullyIf we were truly crooks we would have been out of business along time ago

Due to time restraints we do not have time to argue with themThey have already told numerous sources that they are not paying usWe do not believe it is beneficial to pursue this any further
